Don't Just Learn About Community. Start Building Yours.

Most events leave you with notes, ideas, and a long list of things you hope to do later.

The Community Event is designed differently. You'll make real decisions about the community you want to create, work inside your own Community Site, and start turning those decisions into something tangible while we're together.

Three Days. One Community. Real Progress.

Each day builds on the last, moving from a clear foundation to an engaged group and a practical path for continuing the work.

Day01

Discover & Build

Discover & Build Your Community Foundation

Clarify why your community exists, who it serves, the outcome members want, and why they will participate. You'll create an initial Community Blueprint, identify the content, groups, resources, and events you need first, and begin the foundational setup of your Community Site.

By the end of Day 1, you'll have:

  • A clear community purpose
  • A defined member promise
  • An initial Community Blueprint
  • The beginnings of your Community Site
  • A decision about the first group you'll build on Day 2
The foundation comes first.

Day 1 gives you the clarity and structure you need before building your first group on Day 2.

Day02

Build & Engage

Build Your First Engaged Group

Turn your Day 1 decisions into one purposeful, working group that can become the repeatable model for the groups you build next.

  • Group purpose and audience
  • Desired member outcome
  • Name and description
  • Welcome experience
  • First member action
  • Initial conversations and engagement prompts
  • A recurring participation rhythm
  • Calls, events, and shared experiences
  • Opportunities for members to contribute and lead
  • The leader or moderator role
  • First engagement content
  • A repeatable model for additional groups
By the end of Day 2You'll have one working group, a welcome experience, an initial member action, first engagement content, and a recurring engagement plan.
Day03

Act & Grow

Turn Your Community Into Momentum

Set a community-building goal, define the milestones that matter, identify obstacles, and choose the immediate actions that will keep you moving.

01

Reflection & Intention

Clarify your goal, obstacles, and the milestones that show progress.

02

Action & Momentum

Choose immediate next steps and build accountability around the work.

03

Connection & Support

Continue with support calls, feedback, questions, and shared momentum.

The support continues after the event.

The event doesn't end with a list of things you're left to finish on your own. You'll be plugged into an ongoing implementation-support community where you can continue building, join support calls, ask questions, get feedback, stay accountable, and move toward finishing and launching your Community Site.

Own the Relationship. Grow the Business.

Social media is powerful for reaching people, but those relationships live on platforms you don't control. An owned community gives your audience somewhere to stay connected to you and to one another, while creating a home for the programs, experiences, products, services, and ideas that make up your business.

A healthy community can become more valuable over time because relationships, participation, knowledge, and opportunity begin to compound.

01

Own Your Audience Relationship

Create a home for your people that isn't dependent on a social algorithm.

02

Deepen Relationships

Give followers, prospects, customers, and clients a reason to remain connected.

03

Create Revenue Opportunities

Let your community naturally support memberships, programs, events, courses, coaching, products, services, and premium experiences.

04

Increase Long-Term Value

Create reasons for people to stay engaged with your business after their first interaction or purchase.

Build a meaningful community first, then use it intentionally as part of a stronger business ecosystem.

Your Community Can Become the Heartbeat of Your Business.

The community isn't simply another thing at the bottom of the funnel. It can become the relationship layer that connects the rest of the business.

Social can lead people into it.

Events can activate it.

Programs and courses can grow from it.

Products and services can be offered through the relationships created there.

Members can continue participating long after a single campaign, event, or purchase ends.

This Isn't Just Something You'll Watch.

You'll work inside your own Community Site throughout the event, so the decisions you make can immediately start becoming something real.

When we talk about structure, you can begin shaping your site.

When we talk about engagement, you can build your engagement plan.

When we talk about the member experience, you can start creating yours.

The work is yours to keep building after our three live days together.

You Don't Need Another Notebook Full of Ideas.

You need somewhere for your people to belong, and a reason for them to participate. You need a plan for creating meaningful engagement, and a community that supports the mission and business you're already building.

The goal is not to leave this event with more things to think about. It's to leave with something already underway and a community of support helping you keep going.
